Not really.: Post term pregnancy (>41 weeks) carries an unacceptably high risk to the fetus so that most docs will induce labor after 41 weeks. It is not possible for US to be off that far.

Wouldn't happen: The placenta is designed to sustain a normal 38-41 wk pregnancy. It begins to break down and self destruct as it goes past 40 wks. That reduces its ability to transfer nutrition and oxygen. Stillbirth begins to be a real risk after 42 wks (can occur sooner) It may sustain pregnancy but fail during the stress of labor. US is not going to be off by that amount.
