The pharmacy suggested i take loratadine and certirizine, one am and one pm, which one should i take in am?

Very similar: Have you already tried one at a time? Loratidine and cetirizine are very similar to each other, both non-sedating antihistamines. Each works better for different people, you would only know by trial and error. I would not recommend taking both. I would try one or the other and see if it helps. If one does not help, try the other. Start with 10 mg in am, add another dose at night if no help.

Your choice: You can take your pick of either medication. If one tends to make you sleepy take that at night. Avoid driving if you do feel sleepy after taking the medication.
