Go to ER...: If your diarrhea is so severe you are passing out, you need to go to the ER to be evaluated. You may need some IV fluids to treat the dehydration. You should not drive yourself but you need to go to the ER for evaluation and treatment.

Stop dehydration.: You should replace all of your stool losses with an equivalent amount of electrolyte containing fluid and take in another 1-2 liters of fluid per day. When losses are rapid your thirst may not be an adequate reminder to stay on top of things. You may want to consider loperamide to help control losses in your stool.
