True: The baby will let you know if he/she objects. If you are comfortable it is fine. The baby is nicely protected in it's fluid.

Not recommended: It's not recommended to sleep on your belly at this point. However, if it was causing a problem, you would know it, as you would hurt. I bet you will find you won't be able to lie on your belly much longer, because it will be too uncomfortable.
