Not normal : Your description of coffee grounds is classic for bleeding which has occurred in the stomach and by the time it has reached the colon and rectum has oxidized and turned dark with coffee ground appearance. It implies there is something causing losing of blood from your stomach or soffit guess. It is important that you get this evaluated as soon as possible before it gets worse. Stop any aspirin or Motrin immediately.
