Is there a place to get tested for rabies if no insurance?

? tested ?: You don't get tested for rabies. If the animal is caught, it is either quarantined or the brain sent to the state lab for testing. That is a health department/animal control issue. If you think you are exposed you either get the vaccine or not depending on local health department assessment. They have & decide who gets the vaccine & how to cover costs.
