That's fine: Hi. For a random sugar, that's fine. Random sugar is not very sensitive. Fasting, and post-challenge are better diagnostic tests for gestational diabetes. Eat healthily and exercise regularly. Get an appropriate test for gestational diabetes done. Good luck!
