Whats definitive testing for liver cancer?

Getting tissue: We may suspect cancer arising in, or spread to, the liver on history, physical, and/or imaging studies. The final diagnosis will almost always be made by a pathologist who examines a piece of tissue -- perhaps just a few cells obtained using a needle.
