OTC Antifungal: Ask your Pharmacist for a suggestion for an OTC antifungal vaginal suppository...if this does not help you really need to see a Gynecologist. There may be a free Clinic near you. Call your local Health Department!!

OTC: I would suggest a vinegar and water douche PLUS use Monistat vaginal suppositories (miconazole ). Loose fitting cotton undergarments and abstain sexually. You can also get free care at your local county medical clinic. Avoid harsh soaps/detergents/vaginal deodorants.

UseABackScratcher?: Best bet would be a fungal infection (like Candida).Birth control pills, steroids and antibiotics can set you up for these.Easy to treat, just get some cream over the counter. There may be other problems lurking in there too so if you think you might have some other infection too then you'll have to see a doctor. If not, then the usual treatment usually works.Save your pennies in case a doc's needed
