Been having stomach pain for the last one and a half days now, and i just got some chest pain, what could be wrong?

Need more info: This could be a viral GI infection since symptoms are very acute. How old are you?? Any medical problems??Are you taking any medications? Do you have a fever. Any other stomach? heartburn symptoms??Ask question again with more information Hope this helps Dr Z
