At 10dpo i had cm mixed with light pink tint when wiped once, then today 12dpo the same when i wiped. could i be pregnant?

This certainly could be a sign of pregnancy but it could also be related to other things: for example infection, hormonal fluctuations, ovarian cysts, among others. Follow up with GYN provider on this.
