Complex.: Some genetic abnormalities of cartilage/tendons (Ehler Danlos, and more severe ones) have more rapid breakdown of the skeleton iwth aging. Some people who have just worked to be flexible have LESS arthritiis.

Inflammation: of any joint is Arthritis. Here there is a tendency for restricted Joint movement either from pain or from Inflamtion/ Scar tissue buiit up.Hyper mobility is a self Explanatory.
