Actually: I would recommend that any technique be done by an acupuncturist who is using sterile, single -use disposable needles. I don't recommend performing on self as use of regular needles means that the diameter of needle is likely too large. The needle will become dull quickly and it is likely that it isn't sterile. Scar deactivation with and without e-stim and scar injection are likely beneficial. If
