Only so many tests: Available. It would help to have the results of your present testing to better be able to guide you. Remember many of the symptoms of thyroid disease are shared with other non-thyroid health ailments.

Symptoms: Hi. There's not a SINGLE symptom associated with hypo- or hyperthyroidism that is specific to hypo- or hyperthyroidism. Therefore, it is not surprising that symptoms you thought were due to thyroid dysfunction are associated with normal thyroid function. If your TSH and free T4 are normal, then you symptoms are not due to thyroid dysfunction. Good luck at finding a cause if there is one!
