Exercise: You may continue in your normal activities being mindful that your heart rate should be 140or less. In the beginning you will be fine but as the pregnancy progresses jogging will get your heart rate to 140 and you will not be able to continue. Fortunately, nature will let you know when you can no longer participate fully.
