NSAIDs: Anti-inflammatory medications interrupt your body's ability to cause inflammation, and also to decrease the ability to mount a febrile response. So, they can decrease the ability to have a fever, but should not drop your body's normal temperature set point. If your core temp is low, you may consider having yourself checked for hypothyroidism
