See a doctor: Hi. That is odd. Both arms, right? Is there any swelling in your arms and face? Are you a smoker? Without a history and physical exam, I can't say, but it would seem prudent to see your doctor. There could be some obstruction of the superior vena cava, a big vein that drains both arms and the head. Good luck!
