In your BMI category, waist circumference can be helpful. Some buff folks are heavier due to greater density of muscle than fat, but not at risk. For a woman, if your waist circumference is >35 inches, that predicts risk of obesity problems.

How do you feel: you can look at the BMI charts to see how you compare but the key question is how you feel If you have energy and feel well that you probably are OK Your BP is a little high for the lower number but with a good diet and exercise program it can improve Focus on eating healthy foods and your weight will be taken care of Be active and lower your stress to help with BP
