Hydrocele: This is a collection of fluid around the testicle & not swelling of testicle itself. This is a common complication after varicocelectomy, especially if performed laparoscopically. May require hydrocelectomy surgery of swelling is large & is bothering you. Best to discuss with your urologist. This would be a no charge visit if within 3 months of original surgery, so called "global period".
