Not possible.: You will always have a small amount of the organism ( candida ) living on your skin surface. Normal skin bacteria compete with yeast and do not allow them to grow enough to cause an infection. However, when you take an antibiotic enough bacteria my be killed on the skin or in the vagina to allow the yeast to overgrow and cause an infection.
