When is it recommended that a child get speech therapy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Speech therapy: Speech develops in children gradually, but there are specific milestones we look for to see if they are developing normally. If there is a concern- not speaking at all, difficult to understand, or other problems of communication- it is best to get a speech evaluation. When these problems are identified early, it is easier to work with them and help your child.
