A member asked:

How do they test for vaginal infection at planned parenthood?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Same as everywhere: Planned parenthood is staffed by doctors and nurses. The same procedures and tests you would get at a hospital or an office you can get there. Vaginal infections are determined by collecting a sample of vaginal fluid for culture and sending that to a lab that tests for bacteria.
