Pressure, pain: Sinus pressure and infections may results in symptoms of facial pain or headaches as well as ear pain. Ear pain may be radiating or referred pain, or potentially from eustachian tube problems secondary to sinus issues. Pressure symptoms may be at the forehead, cheekbones, around the eyes, or between the eyes. Pain may also radiate to the back of the head or upper teeth.
