Should i get my unborn baby checked for down syndrome?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Prenatal Downs: Prenatal screening for congenital defects is a very personal decision. If knowing would be a factor in your decision to possibly terminate the pregnancy if positive, then testing would be suggested. There is a benefit to knowing if your baby is Down's prior to delivery. The facility you choose to deliver in should be equipped to handle a newborn with possible complications.
