My feet sometimes spasm and I can't control them. Could this be something serious?

Should be evaluated: When does it spasm? Vitamin deficiencies sometimes cause this.....like magnesium, certain activity can cause this as well, like working out or swimming....more info would help. You can try supplementing with OTC magnesium but this should not delay a visit to your PCP.
