A member asked:

Is there a condition where you can't see the color red?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: There are color deficiencies in which the apparent redness is altered and may be confused with green for instance. And there are conditions such as optic nerve disease when the color red is seen as very faded (we call that desaturated). There is no condition in which a red color is simply not seen.
