If i have pain from my neck to my hand, is it a muscle/tendon problem or a pinched nerve?

Most likely nerve: Can't give exact answer due to lack of detail, but either a spinal nerve is likely involved or the radial or ulnar nerves. You can, however, have ligament injuries which can refer pain down the arm.Only way to be sure is get a good history & physical exam, incl possibly osteopathic hands-on exam to determine cause.Treatment could be as simple as manipulation or prolotherapy.Disc inj more difficult.
