No: In the absence of some sort of significant traumatic event (losing control of a heavy weight for example with serious torque place on shoulder) the likelihood of a significant injury at age 33 is pretty low. Would expect even a mild strain injury to still be causing symptoms only 1.5 wks later. Think safe to observe for now, if no signs of improvement with cont symptoms at 6 wks seek eval.
