Depends: For severe myopia only, contact lenses may be possible but impractical. You may qualify for LASIK surgery but the amount of cornea that needs to be cut may be unsafe. Most likely, you may qualify for lens implant surgery. But, it depends on your eye condition and any other medical conditions you have, so please see your primary physician and ophthalmologist, NOT an optometrist, for consultation.
