I got thyroid blood work done and there was an abnormal drop in tsh. what does this mean? should i be concerned?

Not enough info: Hi. We need more info. Is your TSH now well below the normal range? If it is (assuming your pituitary's healthy), your TSH is suppressed, and that means you are hyperthyroid. Your free T4 and free T3 (liothyronine) should also be measured. It would be good to see an endocrinologist unless your doc is very comfortable with this. Good luck!
