Depends...: Towards the end of pregnancy, its quite common to have more discharge. Usually this isn't worrisome. If the discharge is bloody, itches or has a bad odor, you should have it checked out. If it is watery and soaking your underwear, your water bag could have a leak so it should be evaluated. Best wishes!
