Are you constantly: thinking about sex? Are you willing to do things which could risk your health (unprotected sex, or sex with strangers)? Is it interfering with having a committed relationship with your spouse? Have you tried to stop any of these behaviors and not been able to? If you are answering yes, you may be addicted and need to consult with a psychologist to overcome the addiction.

Sources of help: See Dr. Lavi's excellent description, which applies also to any addictive behavior. Addictive behavior deserves assistance. Psychiatric evaluation(I recommend primary care referral) can get to an underlying reason for the behavior, &meds may help,&cognitive behavioral therapy & support groups can be very helpful; ask psychiatrist/social worker/counselor for recommendation of a local support group.
