Get a gynae exam: Vulvodynia is persistent pain around the vulva when the vulva usually looks normal and there's no obvious cause for the pain. Bleeding and cuts suggests there's another cause for your vulvar pain, other than true vulvodynia. There are quite a few possibilities. Suggest see a gynaecologist to help you sort out what's going and get the most effective treatment. Good luck!

See a doctor: Your symptoms may be related to lower estrogen levels caused by menopause but they could also be caused by an infection or skin disorder. A good place to start is with an exam by an obgyn. Also, avoid all perfumed soaps and detergents, no douching, wear only cotton underwear, and you may consider a vaginal moisturizer like repels which you can buy over the counter.
