Kind of: You have a small chance of having an allergic type of reaction to contrast agents. It is not a true allergy but can act in a similar manner. From mild to serious. People with multiple allergies tend to have the highest risk for a serious reaction from a contrast agent. There are no specific"cross" allergies.
