Unlikely: That would be pretty rare. Compartment syndrome is usually caused by severe trauma to an extremity (arm or leg) from either soft tissue injury or a fracture. As blood and fluid rush into the closed space of the extremity, the pressure rises to dangerous levels causing a compartment syndrome. Stress fractures are small and subtle and usually dont generate the same reaction as more severe trauma.
