Can stress cause a miscarriage?

Probably not: It is common to assume that mental stress can cause a miscarriage, but there is no evidence to support that. Women who do miscarry are inherently stressed, but that does not cause the miscarriage.

Stress shouldn't: Fighting can if u have been physically hit or abused ( hopefully not), but if u still are fighting u should both go for counseling before it gets worse.

I was wondering if stress can cause an early miscarriage?

Not likely. A healthy pregnancy would not be lost due to stress of daily life. About 25% of early pregnancies are lost, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. Usually the only manifestation is a slightly heavy, delayed period. Wish you good health!
