Soy and T: There are a number of medical articles discussing this issue but none are really confident that soy will lower testosterone.
With that in mind please go online and look for "soy and testosterone" .
The data is not strong (in my opinion) but just in case stop taking soy until you have carefully understood the several articles on this topic.
