Too many causes: These bumps could be anything and would require an examination either by a dermatologist or eye doctor to determine what they are. They could be allergic (dermatitis), insect related bites, benign tumors (papillomas, seborrheic keratoses, skin tags, cysts), viral tumors (viral warts, molluscum contagiousum), basal cell skin cancers and many others.
