Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics 50 years experience
At what age, how : long ago, what areas of the brain were damaged, what functions were lost or have not been attained & how much progress has been made since Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy occurred ? There are criteria for expected outcomes of HIE in neonates, for example. Please re-submit your question with specific data. Thanks.
