Depends on age: SMalignant bone tumors begin in pre teens as PNET lesions ie Ewings sarcoma. This progress with age to osteogenic Sa .In older teens we see osteogenic sarcoma. Older people get enlarging lesions such as Pagets disease which converts to sarcoma. Cartilagenous tumors can be congenital or isolated as parostoeal chondrosarcomas.
