Rapid heart beat?: if your seizures occur at the same time of your strong heart beat then there is a (possible) correlation. Ask your doctor to prescribe an event monitor ( a recorder of the heart rhythm) which you will carry for several weeks till either a seizure occurs or till a fast heart beat occurs and then you can tell if there was a relation.

Extrasystoles: Extra heart beats are not unusual following seizure activity. A direct relationship could be explained along several mechanisms. Random extrasystoles would not likely cause seizure activity but the converse is not necessarily true.
