Time will tell: Only time will tell. Wait until 2 weeks after you've ovulated, and do a pregnancy test. If you wait, and don't have your period, and your test is positive, then congratulations are in order! Best thing I can say, just be patient. Sometimes it can take several months to conceive, especially if you have been on birth control. Don't worry, you'll get there! Good luck!

If you miss your: period then do a pregnancy test, You are way too early to feel fetal movement. Fluttering is more likely nervousness.
