See your PCP: OK...don't get caught up in too much science here. You testicle should not be atrophying unless there is an alternate source of testosterone being given (I.e. injecting testosterone). Even after infection (epididymitis or orchitis)..the testicle should not be shrinking. If you think a problem exists..see your primary care doctor.
