Blood sugar: Normal levels (depending on the lab) is usually in a range from 70-100. Consistently high levels (2 fasting levels over 126) would be considered diagnostic for TYPE 2 Diabetes. Lower sugars is called Hypoglycemia. Diabetes is controlled with diet, exercise, an overall health lifestyle, education about the disease, and possible medication if needed.
