Isolated incident?: If you are describing an isolated episode of nausea and diarrhea - this is quite common and often related to a viral stomach bug or even a bacterial GI contaminant (such as from "food poisoning"). If you feel fine now, it has likely resolved and you should not be concerned. If you are referring to recurrent episodes, you should see your doctor for further evaluation.

If..: If this just a one time thing and now symptoms are completely resolved most of the time it is associated with a viral syndrome. If you get no other symptoms there is nothing further you need to do.
