Yes: Hi Judy. How much to worry depends a bit on your age and what it feels like. Could just be a swollen sweat gland or oil gland (hydradenitis). But it could also be a growth that should be removed. I would strongly suggest scheduling with your general practiioner who may want to refer you to a dermatologist or surgeon.
