Avoid alcohol,hi fat: The only absolutes in chronic pancreatitis is to avoid alcohol, refined sugars / snacks / candy (those that give a quick sugar rush), & fried/greasy/high fat foods (such as creamy sauces, fast food, full fat meat & dairy, & anything fried). About 25% of ur calories (or about 55 g/day) shd come from healthy fats like omega-3: baked fish, lean meat, healthy oils. U shd talk to a nutritionist further
