Common: This is very common as wound heals and with return of sensation. If it persists or is associated with increased redness or growth of the scar this could be an indication of an underlying condition such as keloid scar, neuroma, abscess, granulomas or other problem. In the meantime, co side scar massage or use of Graston technique. Increase activity as tolerated. See MD 4 worsening
