Congratulations: on 20 days clean. You are on your way. Fatigue and low energy are normal. First things first. Eat a healthy diet with plenty of protein and vegetables. Get 8 hours of sleep. Try to exercise some, even if it's only a short walk. Rely on your social support network, friends, family, 12 step meetings, counselor. Keep your mind active too. Read, laugh or sing. Withdraw: It can take quite some time to withdraw, so you are doing very well,..keep up the great work! A multivitamin may help you and can hopefully it can provide some energy for you. Best wishes.
