Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and maybe some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor.

See your doctor.: You should see your doctor and be examined. You may also need an X-ray to determine the cause and the best treatment, but only your doctor can determine that. If the pain gets worse and your doctor is not available, you should be seen at the emergency room.
